The bad thing is she knows she is my baby, Nala does not care about anything I should have named her flower child or something like that. Tonka requires so much attention...I better becareful she may run in and read this.

She weighed 4 lbs the day I brought her home at 5 1/2 weeks old. Now at 63 lbs wow what 1 year can do. She was also the runt of the litter.

OMG! You got her at 5 1/2 weeks??? Wow! that's young AND tiny! That must have been tough having her that little!!! You were very, very brave! :)

due to med problems with the breeder we had her that early, but honestly I liked it better. We were able to potty train easy. With nala she was older and everything was a lot harder. Tonka was so easy to get to sleep in her crate and I feel we all bonded a lot quicker. You can tell she is especially attached to my boyfriend though, but then again monday at the dog park she would not let me out of her site.

Yeah, I guess she would have been weaned, huh. Four and a half pounds though is really really tiny! We got Chester at 12 weeks (we had to wait to see if a heart murmur would resolve itself..and it did!) and he was almost 20 pounds! He sat in our laps on the airplane ride home....to big to fit under the seat in front of us!!! :D

That is so cute. I would love to take my girls north to see snow, but unfortunately they can't fly. Too big to fit under the seat!
