awww! I'm so glad to hear that she's getting much better treatment:) A nice closing person who's not going to leave the gate open, kids to play with, and you to help people understand that she's only doing her duties by barking at people near her gate:) I'm sooo glad you were able to help her!

Please keep the stories about Roxie the Demon dog coming, they are a great testament to what can happen if someone just takes the time to understand .

You are her angel and she is yours.

You know what the BEST part is to me?

She's right across the street from the 7-11.  The cops are in there a dozen times a night. If that guy will just walk across the street and scratch her chin when he gets his seven coffees a night...she'll have another friend by the end of the week.  Grin A cop friend that will know if the sketchy operations of the business are ever about to get them shut down--and who will be in a totally perfect position to make sure nothing bad happens to her.

I hope he's got a dog at'll make him more likely to wander over and give her a scratch!

Reading these updates...I never read the original... is quite heart warming.  It immediatly reminded me of some of the old Disney animal movies I used to watch... Grin
