How much Pepto to give for an upset tummy?

How much pepto is too much and how much isn't enough?

Grace has an icky tummy.  she didn't eat this morning and I had to clean a nasty sticky crate last night after work.  I gave her 2 pepto tabs...the good thing is there was no nasty poop all night.   she's got a vet appointment tomorrow.
