Shedding from Albon & Flagyl
« on: October 20, 2006, 06:20:22 am »
Hi guys! Our Vet had found intestinal parasites (coccidiosis) and put us on Flagyl and Albon. From the second day Lily had started shedding a lot! She is not bold or anything but... no matter how much I brush her the hair loss just doesn't stop. Have any of you had this kind of problem before?

Hi,
I'm new here too. Lily reminds me of Lollie just a few months ago. I don't know about the medicine, but when Lollie got about that age she began to lose her puppy coat. No matter how often I brushed it was still there. When she was seven months old I sent her to the groomer for a bath and a brush out. She back looking so nice. That lasted for quite a while and now some more of her fuzzy under coat is coming out again. If it's the fuzzy stuff I wouldn't worry.

Lily is a doll by the way.
