OMG they are so precious. It looks like the two white-based ones are merlequin? (Merle spots as opposed to black spots like a harlequin?) I wonder if they will be deaf? I have heard that this color has a high incidence of hearing problems... but I sure hope those little boys will be just fine!!!

GIVE THEM KISSES FROM AUNTIE REBEKAH!!!!!!!! :D :-* :-* :-*

I too like little boy #1.

So according to MapQuest I'm only 480 miles from Tucson.  That is WAY too close.  Please EVERYONE remind me that I am at my limit.

I really don't know much about genetics.  But wasn't Moose and Brody a 'safe' combination?

Tina

Well... it might depend on whether Brody comes from harlequin and black breeding. I remember that Moose came from a cross of 2 harles (or fawnequin and merle which is essentially two harles) so it could be possible that the pups are carrying double harlequin. Geez I am a rescuer not a breeder! ;) I hope they are fine, but maybe I am thinking one might be deaf because I want a deaf Great Dane..?? There could be ulterior motives in my subconscious here. ::) ;D

OOOOH I can't wait to see these babes as they grow!!!! :D Thanks for posting all the pictures!!!!!!!!
