Question about the best food measuring

Can someone tell me what is the exact food measuring (in grams) I need to feed my DDB age 4.5 months weight 17 kg?

I free feed kibble and the pups self regulate to their activity levels and needs.  One pup might eat 4 cups a day and another might need 6 cups.  Another way to feed is enough that there is a little left over after he eats  The puppy's weight determines the amount of food but I have found that as a rule it is the goodies that make them fat- not plain kibble.
