So i got another letter slipped into my door today about complains received from other residents that I am not cleaning up after Grace.  REALLY?  I'm stunned.  i took grace for a little walk after getting that and she responded by pooping in view of the office (i cleaned up), pooping in someone's yard (i cleaned up) and pooping in the empty lot where Metro Health is (i cleaned up).

1.) i have never seen her poop so much on a 5 minute walk.

2.) would they like the 3 "gifts" of proof that i carried back from the walk to throw away in the dumpster.

I know i'm not the only one who got a letter.  The guy whose apartment faces the field got one too.  but he's the one who just lets his dogs run without a lease too.   And did the people who leave poop in my yard get a letter.  How many times have i gone to the mailbox and had to tip toe through the poop?? these complaints are so misguided.  I live with a bunch of gossips.
On a happy note, Grace got her first walk since surgory and had so much fun.

my other question is:   are they sure the poop in question is Grace's??

we had the same problem with jazmine...my dane...it was snowing outside..then rained..so i was hard snow. Jazmine pooped on the snow, i picked it up...no poop on the snow aymore...i run inside and come out again and there are 5 piles of poop. I pick up after my pup...the other thing is that the poop that "jazmine" did...is the size of my ferrets poop. Now... i have a great dane...she poops LARGE... i got fined for me living with her because i swore i picked it up and i told them to test the poop for what food was eaten...so they fined me because i didn't pick up others poop. so i figured ok..you want to fine me for something that isn't mine...that is fine, but i will now contribute to the mounds out there then...i am payig for the removval anyway!! so i paid one month and let the poop build up...then the maintence guy came out and said...oh...yo ur dogs poop are a lot larger...... got my money back, and no more complaints after that one!!!!   Tell them to test for the food that you feed..... don't pay the fines if you get them, they will soon realize it isn't you. I have apt/condo living!!!!
