I take her to the vets office at 8 am on Thursday morning.  She's getting Spayed, plus her hips X-Rayed at the same time.  I was going to have Gastropexy done as well, but the docter who does those broke a finger and I don't think I'd feel comfortable with a guy with a splinted finger rooting around in my babies tummy.  I took her in on Saturday, her weight is up to 88lbs, and she's happy and healthy.  The vet did a range of motion on her and said everything feels great, said the Glucosamine is doing it's job but I should up it to 2 tblspns every morning.   Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Good luck Naja!!! I hope everything goes very smoothly Grin Kiss
Why are you X-Raying her hips now? She is too young and her bones/joints will be changing until she is 2 Undecided

We're back home now, she's sleeping like a big white log in the kitchen.  She was so excited to see me at the vets office at 5 that she nearly knocked over Dr. Scholl!  lol  The X-Rays were good, so nothing lost nothing gained there  Smiley.  Ended up costing me an extra $106 then originally expected, that was because of her size, she needed extra pain meds I guess.  But they clipped her nails for me, and cleaned her ears!  lol   Roll Eyes Smiley

She's on bed rest for the next 10 days, then we'll go back to get her sutures out and go to the dog park for the first time in quite a while. Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
