Booster Bath?
« on: May 02, 2008, 12:06:34 pm »
I have seen reference on a couple of dog forums to the "Booster Bath"... basically an elevated plastic dog tub that can support up to 175 lbs of pooch.  Anyone have or use one of these that can give a review?   www.BoosterBath.com

I have the booster bath. Unless your dog will climb a ramp easily, don't bother. My big boy is 135 lbs but the ramp that is made for the tub flexes under his weight and he won't climb it. Getting him in is a real challenge.

I have one with the ramp and I love love love it!  It has saved my back when it is bath time for my three pyrs. I bait my guys up the ramp and into the tub.  It is in my shop bathroom and I run the drain into the shower, it works great and I can use warm water for the baths.

I am going to go ahead and order it.  Addie weighs 130 lbs so I am pretty sure it will support her.  I don't think the water weight is an issue since it drains out of the tub. Not to mention I also have the pit bull and the shepherd mix.  I'll be sure to let you guys know how it works out :)
