Up to our knees in snow
« on: December 20, 2008, 09:47:21 am »
I took a little tromp in the snow today since it's the only day worth getting out for till next week.  Nothing's plowed and it's cold, but I got up to my knees in snow to get a few pictures of the Artic Tundra

I wasn't too far from the parking lot.  My legs and fingers were numb and stingy, so I didn't want to go too far.  On a nicer day I might go farther.

That's amazing that you have that scenery right outside your door. Looks like you left the city. It sure is pretty.

Bring your shovel!!!  we woke up this morning to 6 more inches of snow.  The plow for the parking lot here just put a 3 foot snow bump behind my Jeep, so if I need to go anywhere, I have some digging to do.  I want to get out and get some pics of this stuff today too.  I just hope that it stops snowing soon.  We really have more than we need.  I don't want to be greedy with this stuff, you know.
