I wouldn't want to bet money on them not breeding, if even part of some of the allegations that are out there are true.

I drove out there once, wanting to sort of get the lay of the land before making any sort of appointment.

I never made an appointment, and they're completely off my list of potential places to adopt a furkid.

Those aren't dogs that they bred.  They are rescues.

When you really start to delve into it, things point to them breeding.  Such as they advertise themselves as the "Only rescue that always has puppies available".  Rescues almost never have puppies and not the mass quantities that they do.

I was on a yahoo group quite a bit ago when they were really starting to gather info qbout the wards.  The story about Tiergan is absolutely heartbreaking. ....

They are not good people.  I know there are people who swear by them but there are many stories which are terrible.  I would never be associated with them.  And I hope people really think twice about adopting a dog from them.  But in the end every one needs to make their own choices.
