What a good guard dog - protecting his family from utility workers!!  Harley only protects us from vicious alien squirrels (which you would be surprised how many there are around here!)

I saw the electric meter reader guy coming toward my house the other day and ran outside to get Harley - the guy stopped me and said "don't worry your dog and I get along great I always read the meter with him out here" nice the guard dog doesn't even bark!!

I remember when the utility guys would always come get me to hold onto my black lab, Gus.  They were terrified of him, and I never understood why until I had to come in through the backyard one time (at night) -- I couldn't see him, but I could hear his growl and Lord help you if he didn't like you!  Fortunately, as soon as I said "Gus, it's me" his tail started wagging.

He was very protective.
