Hello everyone. I am having issues with my little girl Cimone. She's a 1 year old blue dane and has been fixed. When they fixed her they did a "tummy tack" procedure that consisted of tacking her stomache so that it wouldn't twist and cause Bloat. The problem is that she is often throwing up and appears to just feel awful. Someone (a vet) mentioned it might be from the tack job. They said maybe her tummy was trying to twist and making her sick..? is it just me or do we have a lazy vet? Other than this vomiting mystery she is very healthy. Has anyone had a similar issue or knows anything that can point me in the right direction?

Our AnnaBelle, the little girl on the left, passed away last year at the young age of 10months. She was hit by a bus after running through the buried electric fence. (She had an unusually high tolerance for pain or perhaps we trained her on the fence too young..) Kaiser, the big boy on the right, was her love and she was undoubtedly the love of his life..It made me jealous to see, but proud that he had such a great buddy. After the accident he would go and sit by the spot where she ran out and wait and wait and wait. He didn't know where she was or why she hadn't come home yet. Finally, my mother took him down to the road and showed him the spot so that he might understand what happened. Kaiser lay down on the spot and rubbed and rolled and then refused to move. He cried, he stopped eating. It was so heart wrenchingly sad to see the pain he was experiencing from her loss, it made it so much harder for us to get over her death too. We can never truly know what goes on in their minds but in situations like this we can see what goes on in their hearts.
