midwest get together!?

ello!

i know of a st bernard, a golden retriever, and a great dane puppy who love to get together!  would anyone else be up for a small ride with a fun packed day to meet some fellow BPOers????

if you live in the midwest, and are willing to travel a little, lets all get together and make the west coasters jealous! 

CUMMON PEOPLE!  ITS TIME FOR BPO SPIRIT?>!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG!!  That would be so cool!!  Although I'd have to wait and do something this summer, but still a get together would totally ROCK!!  I'm in Iowa!

that's what i'm thinking...... if we start planning now, we could get a time and place that would be good for everyone.....

Congrats on including the Saint in that group, Nicki!!!! hehehe!

Actually, Megan, Stella 2dobies, I think Lins....hmmm.. ..maybe some others (sorry if I'm forgetting) have been planning a summer get-to-gether at Central Beach in Michigan City. Dale and I were talking about it the other night, actually. There's a really nice campsite at the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore that is right down the road from a sweet dog beach. (Central Beach)

Hmmm, let me find out how far away that is for me and I'll let you know.  Sound like we'd have a BLAST Nicole!!!  The only thing I'd truly be worried about is the length of the drive with Koby, he doesn't ride well and I'd probably be drowned by his slobber by the time I got there! lol

Emily, of course! Yay! This is getting cooler by the minute!

We can always plan it so that it is after June, ZooCrew. That's better for me, anyway because I graduate June 15th. So, until then, I'm a nutcase. But after that, a party and dog get together is DEFINITELY in order!

Andi, you're in Iowa, right? Well....depend ing on where you're at, its a drive across Illinois, and then you're pretty much there. Michigan City is about 40 miles over the Indiana border. I drove to Newton, IA once in high school...I think it took me 8 hours. Does that help?
