There was an article in the washington post the other day about an off leash dog park and beach in Annapolis.  That might be fun!  of course it also might be crowded so we'd have to deal with the little dogs which would not be fun

hey this sounds great i hope we have it right here in jersey as we cant go to far with 5 kids  i am in cumberland county  a shore meeting place sounds good or even out to menatico just kidding about that the ticks are way to bad there  where at in jersey are ya'll from does any one know of a dog park around my area i really hate picking ticks off of everyone after menatico

Hey!  yeah ticks are nooo fun....   I'm going to look into meeting in Chester NJ a little more.  I do not know NJ at all besides the turnpike...hah a... so keep the suggestions coming.

I also have to watch Sophie a little more with other dogs...There are a few she is great with in the neighborhood and she's fine with my inlaws german shephard... She just started a obediance class and can get kind of snappy at some of the dogs there.  so.. i don't know if its being around lots of dogs.. or just certain ones she doesn't like..

if every one who is interested in this happening could say what county they are in then i can ask around for a half way point for every one who is interested i dont know jersey all that well either i have no clue where chester is  if this will help you i am happy to do what i can i know of a camp ground place thats also sorta a park where our kids can play an swim including the dogs by the name is eluding me at the moment i asked the hubby its called parvins state park

Hi guys!

We are in Morris County NJ, not too far from PA and we are only 3 miles from the town of Chester. Chester is like an old fashioned town and people walk their pets about town & everyone loves it.  There is a dog bakery there and all pups that stop by are big hits.  I think Cumberland County is the opposite end of the state from here.

Sophie plays rough sometimes to!   So they would either have a blast or end up fighting.. hmm   lol
