BPO is a regular part of my life as it is for many of you. I love the company, friendship, advice, and love that is given and received by everyone here. Watching this place grow daily makes me so happy.
With that said, I thought that I would throw this idea out to you as members to see what you think. This year, 2006, my big goal was to send out a prize to every winner of a contest and to send out a condolence card when tragedy stuck or when I thought someone needed some extra "personal" love. So, I began to sending things out. Our moderators also liked this idea and have sent things out on behalf of BPO as well.
Here is the reason for writing this:: I think of you as an exteneded family even though I have never met the majority of you and love the fact that we have bonded over our fur kids. Like family however, people have real names & addresses. We respect the anonimity that everyone has here at BPO and that is why names/addresses aren't required information.
My idea then is this- our BPO Sunshine Club will only be used if you need some special BPO love from BPO. All you would need to do is simply send me your name & address so that when you need a personal touch from your friends here we have it on file. None of your information will be given out to anyone.
Let me know what you think about this idea. If you hate it, let me know. If you love it, let me know. And if you could care less, I would rather not know.Â
It is just an idea and from the responses we have gotten from those who I tracked down and sent cards to, they really enjoyed it.
