She's beautiful! I love it when pups get that extra boost of confidence in their walk when they think they're walking themselves!! Too cute!

The walking thing - Definitely a Newf trait. We've been going farther and farther around our acreage with them off lead. We have the Flex leashes and even when not attached I have to give each of them an end. They won't go unless they can carry something. So they are on lead even when off. I almost lost an eye though. They both saw something and let go at the same time. Those leashes came flying back and the latch on one went sailing by my head.
Annabel is one cute Newf.

That leash in the mouth is priceless. You need to put a sign around her neck "Will walk you for rawhides"
