I have started crating her during the day and at bed time because she soils all over the place so she tried using her nose to get out of the crate. She doesn't anymore. I felt horrible when I got home and saw her poor nose. It has a big bump on it too. She doesn't like the crate. But she's 5 and a half and still messing in the house. So I would rather put up with her being unhappy about the crate than having to rehome her, or do something even more unthinkable. And the boy is as big as Merri in height. He still has some filling out to do though.
