LOL.  she is grumpy.  she's mad cus we know she's gonna need her leg operated on.  now she's in the bedroom.  she found something good to eat buried in the snow.  i think it's a tamalle

I'm glad she found a treat,but I'm sorry she has to have surgury.We'll be keeping her in out thoughts.

we don't go to the vet for the official word till Friday at 3, but all signs point to yes.  her limp hasn't gotten better in almost 2 weeks.  she's acting a lot like Lady did when she didn't feel so good.  she's better than that but it might still be in the partial tear phase too.  i have a sinking feeling it's the ACL.

ChiChi, our Springer tore her ACL when she was 6 and had to have surgery to repair it.  You would have never known she had it done and never had another problem with it or tore the other one.  She didn't even get arthritis in that knee, even though they had to regroove the knee during the surgery.  They wanted to put her on Rimadyl after surgery but I was too afraid of the side effects to give it to her.  She lived to be 14.5.  Good luck and I am sure it will be just fine.

Big hugs to you and your momma, hoping you don't need any surgeries, and that you quit feeling bad, 'cause it's just not any fun.  :'(
