I highly recommend the 2 dogs together (close in age too) for companionship.

Do it, get a puppy.  It is so great having two to play with each other.  It is so great I want four.  I just love Lady and Grace, they looks soooooo happy.

I keep telling my husband they work better in pairs so we need four.  Then he will go and ask be to guard what?  US!  I can just see myself as a little old lady with 10 pyrs.
