HELP- lookin for a movie

haha sounds strange i know. im looking for a movie called Baxter. it was released in 1991 or 1992... it stars a Bull terrier named, yep you guessed it, Baxter. its a french made movie. i found it online but for $37USD. i dont be thinking so! so if anyone has heard of it, or maybe knows a cheap movie site (other than Ebay, cuz its not there). please let me know heres the cover...

lookin for it now!  got one site says it came out in 1989, and one says 1991 ???

amazon you can get used ones for $5 and up, $20 and up for collectible edition.

They have some 'like new' and 'very good' ones here for cheap. Some are ex rentals. I love this site..
