I discovered recently that the child of someone I know has a fetish for the smell of its own poo.  This awful child will put it's terrible hands down the back of it's terrible pants to acquire the desired effect, and then walk around in the world, occasionally sniffing at the terrible fingers.

(Note:  The terrible child is only 4. Also, I have told this story in a gender neutral way to protect the guilty parent who let the awful child do this terrible thing! )

Ronda, it's probably something DEEP in your childhood you don't even remember.  We still love you...we just won't be shaking hands...

OK, just for the record it was like this:

Sniff 'EWWWW'
few minutes pass...hoping maybe the smell went away.
Sniff (hoping no smell) 'EWWWWWW'
....walk a mile....
hope no more smell...'EWWWWWW'

Its not like I 'liked' it, it was repulsive...
