Kali - I'm sorry to say that the pups do not have tub rights; however, we do get them a baby pool every summer so they can keep cool.

What an awesome pup space!  Looks like it will be loved and appreciated by the whole family.  I love all those windows! 

We're slowly trying to finish some space like that too.  We're in the cold north though so it has a wood stove for lazy old pups to sleep next to in the winter  ;)
