Awww! Poor Ranger! He does look like he got into a fight. I'm sure he'll be healed up real soon!

after the stiches or staples are out use a good high quailty 100 pure aloe on thw injury. Promotes healing, reduces scarring and my dogs say it taste great too...

Awww, poor Ranger.  His owies look sore.  I'm glad to hear he is healing up well.  So scary!

For any wounds on horses or dogs, I recommend Schrieners herbal spray!
It's amazing! My horse had surgery on  her neck a few years back and you can't even tell, there is no scar left at all!

Ranger went back today. The vet really didn't like the poor way his leg was healing. So $500 later, I've got a new e-collar that he has to wear for the next 10 days. They opened the wound, cleaned the edges,  installed a drain, and sewed it up.

 Poor guy is going to go crazy with boredom!
