Auction to benefit Deaf Dane Rescue

Award winning artist and Dane lover, Louise Peterson has graciously
arranged for a fund raiser eBay auction of her marvelous Bella and the
Bug sculpture. The sculpture is 8" and is done in pewter. It is
available in either a cropped version or a natural ear version. All
proceeds from this auction will benefit Deaf Dane Rescue Inc.  Louise's
work shows not only her immense talent, but also her personal connection
with the soul of the Great Dane breed. You can find out more about

Please help us get the word out about this fund raiser, pass this email
on to your friends and family. Remember 100% of the winning bid will
benefit Deaf Dane Rescue Inc. We currently have 21 special needs Danes
in our program, and we have 4 more waiting for transport to us. We are
funded entirely by donations and adoption fees. We do not get any grants
or other subsidies. Our dogs depend on us, and we depend on the
generosity of dogs lovers and Dane enthusiasts. Caring for these big
babies is expensive, but they are worth it. We currently spend over
$1000 a month on dog food alone.  So spread the word, bid high, and bid
often  :-)  The winning bidder will not only be helping these wonderful
dogs, they will be getting a sculpture from a renown artist that they
will be proud to display. The auction ends in plenty of time for holiday
shipping, and this statue would make the perfect gift for any Dane
lover, if you can bear to part with it, that is.
