We think he's about 13 months. At least that's what his papers say, although I think he's younger. He's our foster boy currently, but I have to admit we're getting a little attached to that face.
We tried to wait as long as we could with Keegan, but he made it right to a year old as well. As soon as he started that male domanent stuff, it was time.
I don't know what you're planning, but I'll say this. Keegan had a laser surgery, and he was a little out of it when we picked him up, but NOTHING like this. He was back to his normal self the next day. No stitches or anything. Given the choice, any dog I have in the future will be done laser. Oliver was done standard because that's the choice of the rescue group. But the poor guy is certainly unhappy about it.
