I sent her a message and offered help finding a Rescue Group in her area. By her message it sounds as though she is looking more for money than help in proper placement. But she has my email and phone number if she chooses to go the Rescue route.

I'm in Houston so if anyone is interested I can short term foster 1-2 pups.  Not sure I can do all 3 but probably could figure something out.
