Hi Lilysmom!  I feed raw to all my dogs (not BARF per se but a diet based on lots of research).  How much does Lily weigh and how old is she (I guess a breed would be helpful too).  I can't really tell you what to feed but I have guidelines based on weight and breed.  I can also tell you what I feed to my newfies and my bratty bear dog.  That should get you started.
