Aww, great pics! That's a tall doggy ;D I especially like the poodle in those standing ones, looking like, hey I can do that too. He looks like he really loves the baby, so cute.
-
omg tall dog coming through :o! LOL great photos :)!!! Made me smile. Thanks! ;D
-
I know, I keep telling him to stop growing, so far he is being very rebellious. :D
-
Mercy, that is one handsome big, big pup! How old is he? The poodle looks like a sweetie and he and Tonka look like they love the baby. They all look so cute together! :)
-
Thank you! Tonka will be 2 years old in June. We just got Zoe, the poodle mix, in January. And, they are both wonderful with my children. ;D
-
Wow, I love that pup hug! ;D Do you expect Tonka to grow any taller or just kind of fill in now? I love GD's (especially with soft natural ears), they seem to have such expressive faces & sweet dispositions. Over the years we've had a Dobie, Pyrs and a Golden (plus some fosters). Years ago, my parents had a lab/GD mix (120#) that was a big teddy bear, so I'm hoping to talk hubby into a really big paw someday. I love GD's, Leo's, Mastiffs & Newf's (especially Landseer's), so I'm betting that after a few more dog show visits and maybe someday a BPO meet & greet that he'll fall in love with them, too. ;)

Thanks everyone! Sammy is now 15 months old and he recently took his first steps. Next to his big sister, he thinks the dogs are hilarious.

-
GoldenPyrs, in general, the rule of thumb is Danes grow up till 2 and out till 3.
