Well a friend of mine sent it to me because of my @(#(@(#

neighbor there dog lives in the basemant never to see day light and keeps having puppies. Breaks my heart  i can hear it crying i have done everything in my power to help it. Nothing has worked including speaking w/ the lady that ownes the home.Calling the SPCA you name it i have done it. They had a plumber at the house and he told me he had to wade through 3 feet i think you know POOOOOP i ask him what it was like in the basement and he told me i did'nt want to know. Before the plumer came they were pumping rew sewage down there driveway right in front of my house.No one would do anything still have'nt every time i complain they move the dog then bring him back after every after everything blows over!
