My son just spotted a young Great Pyrenees in Big Momma's House 2...I thought it was a Kuvasz until I made my son replay it & saw the dog had a Pyr coat...My son is great at spotting BIG paws! ;D

Of course 101 Dalmatians and 102 Dalmatians.  The first one has Dalmatians, and an Airedale in it. Niki, Dog of the North is an old Disney movie with a Malamute in it. My Dog the Theif is another old Disney movie with a Saint Bernard in it. Corny movies, but they have big dogs in them! The Dog of Flanders has a Bouvier de Flandres in it, which is a large herding dog of France, in case someone doesn't know. Cheaper by the Dozen 1 and 2 (the new ones) have Gunner, an American bull dog in them. Look Who's Talking Now has a mixed breed named Rocks and a Standard Poodle named Daphne. Pretty funny movie! That's just some I can think of.

I finally watched Must Love Dogs last night (I'm sorry, Jenn, I know I shouldn't neglect a John Cusack movie like that).  I knew there was a newf in there, but I was pleasantly surprised to see a dane, too!  ;D

Holly

I LOVE that movie. That Newfie is a doll. And John Cusack isn't bad either.  ;)

I finally saw this on cable last night.  Yes, John is still just as irresistable as he was holding that boom box up.

But the cutest thing was that little boy leaning on his "puppy." Hollywood puts out at least 100 movies a year that aren't as cute and sweet as that one second shot of that teeny boy snuggling up to that Dane.  :)

It was the first thing that made me smile since I got LICKED on Wednesday night.

Monster-in-law has 2 Dobies in it along with a lot of other dogs. But of course those are the ones that stand out to me! ;D
