i had to turn someone in to the H.S. today...

going by someones house a pit stepped out the front door at first all i saw was his head and i knew what he was , i was awwing until he turned to a side . all his ribs showing, hip bones standing out bad.. looked like someone threw white skin on a skeleton.. i know the poor baby will be put down cause our shelter wont nurse ones that bad back to health.. but maybe that is best.. better than the poor guy starving to death.. may the little guy be all better and a few fat rolls on him at the rainbow bridge

Oh gosh...you did the right thing. How horrible for someone to do that to a dog. Pits aren't exactly my favorite type of dog, but they also can't help who their owners are or how their owners treat them. Poor guy...
