I'm nosey,and was wondering what other kinds of pets other BPOers have in their packs? Here we live in a flock dynamic vs a pack,since the birds rule the roost.Besides Butt and Tub the Saints,I'm Mom to 22 birds that I just couldn't say no to ;) Since I have added Tub everyone wants to know if I'm going to have a dog for every bird,I just smile and say you never know ;D Here's the addy to my birds website if anyone is intersted in meeting them.

I almost forgot we have 3 fish tanks too,I added those to add humidity to the birds part of the house.

I have a male ball python named Hydra, 3 cats (Cricket a HUGE male tabby and possible bobcat, Annie a female Siamese mix, and Ty a male tabbby with socks) , and some gerbils.

I have my two dogs, rocky and Duke, I also have 1 cat, 2 turtles, 8 fish, 17 chickens, and 6 ducks. ;D

We have 3 dogs, Bubba, Lola and Candy an old nasty Toy Poodle. :D She is my fathers dog though. 4 indoor cats and 1 stray. 3 Birds (1 cockatiel and 2 Lovebirds) Plus my 10g aquarium which is home to 4 apple snails. :D

Wow, you guys are lucky! I have Koby of course, and one cat, Quinn, but if I had it my way I'd have a LOT more! lolÂ

we have our 5 dogs, 3 cats (felix, momma cat and her kitten), 3 fish tanks which have 3 gold fish, 3 snails, tiger barbs, long finned zebra danios, 1 oscar, 1 groumie (sp?), one giant danio, and a gazillion mixed african cichlids.

I have just the two Pyrs. And three horses. (Commander, Valley, & Bugsy) Looking for a "just right" kitty though. Pyrs LOVE cats! Me too. I need to find one that's Hypoallergenic - if there's such a thing out there. No problem with "Pyr Bunnies" & fur floating around all over. But it's instant asthma with most cats. & I want an inside kitty. (Too many eagles, hawks, & brush wolves around here.)

Sphynx ARE adorable. But I keep my house SO cool = around 55 = in the winter months No kidding!  :o I would worry about that with a hairless. (Pyrs & I love it this way) I've looked into the Rex. Anyone know about the Selkirk Rex?

I have a husband and 4 kids...do they count as other pets? Well as of right now I have 3 dogs, 11 puppies, 3 fire belly toads and a tortise named Harry.

;D Great idea Steffanie! Actually, when I was raising sheep, and had a ewe lambing in cold weather, I would cut off arms of old sweaters and make "Lamb Sweaters". ::) Also have made pet sweaters for the critters at our local shelter. HUM???? That's an idea! Maybe I should dust off my spinning wheel & do my own homemade yarn with wool & Pyr fur!! Here Kitty, Kitty, Kitty!

I LOVE all your birds ! I used to have a b&g macaw and an african grey when I was younger ! Now I have two gouldian finches ,1 hedgehog , 2 sugar gliders , 1 mini rex house bunny , 2 chinchillas , 1 horse , the three dogs ( possibly another one soon ? ) and two angelgish. I'm really into exotic pocket pets and am saving up for some Flying squirrels and more hedgies ;D

My boyfriend has a total of 3 rule, started when i had 3 cats and wanted a puppy, which means one had to "go" before the puppy could come....not a good rule, I have 2 cats (brother and sister) and 1 dog.
As for hypoallergenic cats, the devon rex does have a very short coat, not completely allergin free but better, and males produce more dander so you'll want a female kitty.

I have my two dogs and three cats-Thomas, Turbo, and Bevo. They're brothers.
And for those who remember my Thomas has cancer post, yes, he's still alive and kicking. :) My little guy is a fighter. They gave him a couple of days to a couple of weeks to live, and that was over a month ago. :)
I rent two rooms of my house out, so I've got two renters, too. They're pretty self-sufficent, though... ;)

Well, obviously i have my Zero, Jigsaw and Memphis... But, i have 4 cats, Simba, my 11 year old orange tabby. Sabbath, whos a solid black med-long hair. Kimahri (Mahri for short) a silver tabby boy, and Lil' Meow, our Manx... i also have my gorgeous Webley girl, whos a 6 year old Stripe Knee Tarantula... 2 nice big tiger oscars named Oscar Mayer and Oscar the grouch , 2 plecos (algea eaters) named big suckky and little suckky. (in one tank) And my salt water tank which has a Clown Fish,named Marlin (i didnt want to name him nemo... but thats what everyone calls him). A beautiful Foxface Lo whos name is FOXFACE ahhaha, a 4 stripe damsel, who is named Damsel, a beautiful serpent starfish who i call my little octopuss... and a pensil urchin, who is Picky. I had an iguana, Cloud, who passed away on June 15, 06 and a Green basilisk who also passed just a few months ago... :(
I LOVE LOVE LOVE all these pets, i love gi-normous birds, i LOVE that little white kitty (thats the total opposite of my sabbath). I LOVE LOVE LOVE them all :)

It is very nice to know that I am not alone in my animal world.
In the past 32 years of marraige we have had quite a manageerie of animals.Includ ing birds fish kitty's dogs and we even had a squrriel.
Sometimes even all at the same time.
Right now we have only 4

I love this thread! Everyone's babies (Bp or not) are adorable. I have Binky, Great Pyr, 2 Papillons, 2 cats and two Nigerian dwarf goats. I would like just one more dog...but will have to wait on that -my poor husband :), he can't believe that I always want another one! Here are some baby pix of everyone.

Shadow the cat (him and Ted have become "almost" friends - I'm sure that once Ted outgrows his puppy exuberance, that they will be fine friends!)
2 fish tanks (one is 4ft long) and I just picked up a 3rd today
Mojo the horse (who doesn't live with us and is NOT Teddy's favorite type of creature - they scare the heck outta each other - LOL)

Now I don't feel so alone in the zoo department! Besides my girls and Jesse, we have four formerly feral cats, 10 dark ebony chinchillas, one violet wrap chinchilla, plus my daughter's three (2 mosaics and a light eb) chinchillas. Previous fosters/rescues included Willie- a dwarf goat (He was crate trained/housebroken!) a micro- mini pot bellied pig, a squirrel who fell out of a barn and knocked out his front teeth, another squirrel who kept falling out of our trees, a few ferrets, several orphaned baby raccoons over the years, and too many kitties to list.

Can I just say I LOVE this thread. I love everyones pic's of the other critters that make their house a home :-*. In our home Libby & Hoover have 2 crazy Siamese, and two fish tanks(Redtail sharks, Danios, Plecos, Blue Neon Tetras, Guppies) and as some of you remember I had 2 outdoor ponds (RIP pretty fish)
