That's too sad!! :'(
I think his claim to "shoot them so they don't starve to death", was a very, very poor excuse! >:(
Actually, there is no excuse for his actions!!
Number one... No/Zero guns on school property.  Number two... just plain stupidity!! >:(  There are too many options for orphaned animals these days. 
I'm glad he resigned and I hope he is charged to the fullest extent.

That is disgusting. I'm so sad for all of the children who follow him as the leader of the school.

Being an animal lover and some who works with kids, I am disgusted on multiple levels. How could someone, a school principle no less, be so stupid  ???

He is a poor excuse of a principal. I didnt notice any charges pending about cruelty to animals. Hopefully he will be prosecuted.
