Kiara is a 1 year old rottie mix. She's very friendly with other dogs and people. Loves balls, frisbees, and water. She has been missing since Monday. She is spayed/microchipped, and I think is wearing a collar with tags. She is black and tan, but also has some white on her chest. She is around 20in I believe. So she is on the small side, She was spooked and took off running and her owners have been looking for her since! She was lost at Palm Harbor, FL.
