Computer savy people! Help

How do I change a video from Quick Time Viewer to play on Windows Media Player?  I have 2 cute videos of Lady and Grace and I know Media Player is more popular on people's computers.

Email the quicktime files to me. I've got a professional program I can use to convert them.

I got the second one changed...but it didn't download the whole thing when I used something to upload it to the net.

I couldn't get it to go through to your email...it came back undeliverable.
