I'm reading that peanut butter in the jars is ok and not affected by this salmonella thing. Is that what everyone else is undertanding?
-
That was my understanding as well.

Mine too. There is an article on msn.com about it, and they listed a lot of the products that are being recalled. Specifically you should avoid peanut butter paste and then anything made with peanut butter--ice cream, cookies, etc.
-
I heard it was only products using peanut butter commercially, my daughter thought they showed dog cookies as one of the products thou
-
Thats what i heard and from my understanding thats what it is.

I did hear something on the news last night about dog treats that have PB in them! I did not catch the name of the treats. Good Grief won't this stuff ever end!
-
This was in my paper today and I was just hopping over here to post it. A bunch of different dog cookies from PetSmart have been recalled:

I heard this peanut butter thing on the news last night and freaked out! They were showing those Austin cheddar cheese and peanut butter crackers saying their contaminated! I just at about 5-6 packages of those crackers last week! I do love Austin cheese/pb crackers, they're my weakness.
