What an awesome story!! What a wonderful sight to see all those horses being led out by the riders. Have 2 horses myself it brought tears to my eyes at the death of the 18, but so many lived!! thank you for sharing this.

i cant believe the proud carriage of these gorgous horses, they gait like morgan horses do, i just am so impressed with the breeding of wild horses compared to what us humans do to them when we mess with them.
the baby paint was so cute!
i am glad you all enjoyued this, i highly doubt this place had enough warning about the flooding waters to get them all safely herded up.
