Big Breed Question

Hi All,
I am wondering if a Bassett Hound is considered a Big Paw Breed?  While they appear small, many of the health issues they have are Big Paw similar?

If they are not - I will not post my questions.

Welcome!!!  I LOVE the name; waddlebottom :D :DLOL  Physically they may not be big paws, but they sure don't know it!!!  Ask whatever comes to mind!!
