Peyton's new people surprised me yesterday-they wanted to take her home last night (I was expecting today or tomorrow). It's not that she's all that far away-they're neighbors, but they are moving soon. They're buying their own home a few miles away.
I talked to them this morning. She did well-some crying and a couple of accidents. Their dog kind of grumbled at her a bit, but things seem to be fine.
She was acting a little shy, they said, but I would expect her to be a bit timid for a day or two at least.
Riley seemed a bit confused. Sadie, on the other hand, seemed fine. I think it's a relief to her; I really do think that she is having doubts about her dominance, which were exacerbated by Peyton's presence. Oddly enough, Riley even let Petyon eat before him... I really don't think he has his eyes set on Sadie's position. LOL
