I am so sick of the hurricane season. I think we need to just leave our board on or windows for 6 months. Guess we will be getting ready this weekend.Â
Lisa
-
Keep safe ;)
-
Stay safe!!!!!!!!
-
We had the eye go over us for hurrican Ivan. Some of the houses still have damage. It is still a little early to know where it will hit but you have to start getting ready anyway.
Lisa
-
I remember going through Hurricane Fran up here in NC in 1996. A tree went right though my Dad's car! Hurricanes are a great reminder of the force of Mother Nature, but can be downright scary!!
I've got friends in the Ft. Lauderdale area and I'm worried about them too. Please, please be safe!!
-
I know I can hardly wait to spend sunday boarding up the windows, picking up everything, moving all the deck stuff to the basement, etc.. again.. If this keeps up I will not have any trees left :) We lost 3-4 oaks and a pine or two for Ivan, and 3 Oaks for Dennis.
Hrm...... Gotta go to the ABC store ;D
-
Hopefully you'll get lucky and it will miss you. We'll be thinking about you and wishing you good thoughts.
-
Be safe everyone, I remember the hurricane that hit Halifax last year and it was horrible all the damage that happened. My prayers are being sent to all those in Florida :)
-
Wow....
-
Wow, how scary! Keep safe!
-
Thanks Brandon,
I have to add the ABC store to my to do list.  ;D Maybe is will be about like the last one and not Ivan.
-
Thanks Brandon,
I have to add the ABC store to my to do list.  ;D Maybe is will be about like the last one and not Ivan. Â
Lets hope so! Dennis was easy, we sat on the breezeway and drank beer and watched the trees the whole time for it.
I still have a case+ of MRE's from Ivan, and red-cross will provide food and ice, but they won't provide the liquor... darn them!:)
This one looks like it might get kinda hairy the way it is ramping up and the eye is getting better organized.
We were going to go to Pet-palooza sat after our puppy class, and were thinking about renting a couple of kayaks for Sun.... Grrrr Stupid Hurricanes! :-[ :-[ Now it'll be a rush to board up and secure stuff instead.. such is life in paradise, eh?
-
Be safe everyone...
-
"such is life in paradise, eh? " Are we having fun yet! I guess I will try to make it to the Petsmart class and then help hubby with the boards. I think the thing I hate the most if going to the store after it gets crazy. I keep a closet full of most of the supplies we need.
-
Oh I am sorry Lisa and everyone else on the board who might be in the evil hurricanes path. It would scare the ........ out of me. I totally like your drive way on the pic lisa lol.... I know you were not laughing back then though ;) Anyone got an idea where it will go ashore yet? I had an adopter yesterday who was right in the middle of it in southern FL, he said it wasnt all that bad, hopefully it will stay on the calm side, well calm might not be the word lol... but for a hurricane I mean.
Good Luck and be safe, Ill be thinking of you and sending good wishes
Marit
-
Next January when I'm freezing my @$$ off in Pittsburgh, I will look at your pictures from the hurricanes and try not to envy your sunshine, Stay safe everyone and try not to get too blasted at your hurricaine parties. My brother lives in Jacksonville and everytime I worry and call him he tells me that they are having a hurricaine party!! :o
-
Yes I have to go to Petsmart. I only have dog food for about two more days. I guess it will be put up board, go to class, put up more board. We have 4 windows that are covered by trees that still have the boards from Dennis. My hubby even painted the boards to match the house so we are good to go. I had to wait in line to get gas this afternoon so I know Saturday and Sunday will be crazy. I have my hurricane closet filled with beer and junk food. I do have to pick up dog food and treats. Sugar Bear was the same age as Bava during Ivan. I made sure he had lots of treat to chew on during the storm. He even got some new "hurricane" toys. I guess I will find any reason to buy them toys. The toys were ok, but he loved the extra chew treats. I stayed up all night while Sugar Bear and my husband were sleeping. I just hate it when a storm hits at night. I like to see what is being blown away. If it still looks like it is comming our way we have to lower the level our our pond so that the rain will not blow out the dam. During Ivan the water level was 1/2" from going over the top of the dam. If we lose the dam we lose our 3ac. stocked lake. Sugar Bear and Dixie love it when we lower the pond because they get to go fishing. As the water runs over the spillway some fish are in it and Sugar Bear and Dixie have a great time fishing.
Lisa

Good grief! I hope you all stay safe...I am terrified of Tornado's. California, the part I am from had not much of anything. Minnesota has plenty of tornado's. Every time I take the kids and dogs to the basement It is "not the time" according to hubby, the one time I did not go, he came home frantic yelling "EVERYBODY TO THE BASEMENT NOW!" Yep I know what i am doing! LOL! I hope you will al be ok! STOCK the beer!
-
everyone stay safe.....I hate wind...would go nuts in a hurricane
-
It looks like this one my move more to the west of us. Good luck to everyone along the gulf coast.
-
I love the dog fishing! That's too funny, good snacks for dogs.
Hey, the 2 best pages I know of for info on current hurricanes are these:
http://www.crownweather.com/tropical.html#AL12
&
http://www.wunderground.com
For those of you that don't go through these, people get real interesting when they start getting close. All of the milk, eggs, bread, little debbies snack cakes, and batteries dissapear off the shelves of wal-mart as if by magic. Why eggs and milk?? I have no idea, and wonder if it is just a southern thing. I have actually seen people push and shove over a loaf of bread. Getting gas is tough, and people have really short tempers trying to get things done in a short amount of time. A lady in an rv tried to run over another motorist last year after she broke in line to get gas and someone tried to stop her. It's all kind of funny really, Mel and I usually are ready at the mention of a hurricane. I went and bought $100 of gas for the generator on Tue or Wed, when we heard katrina was coming our way.
-
Sugar bear, Dixie, And Bava better come to class ;) I need my comic relief for the day.
-
Yea I already went to the ABC store yesterday t
oo.
-
Amber, We will be there.
-
It gets so crazy when anyone starts the "cat 4" stuff. I had to laugh at myself when I went to WinnDixie yesterday. I parked the car and though why am I here there is not much we need. Guess it is just what you do. Hurricane 101, you fill up with gas and go to the store even if you don't need anything.
-
Lisa, My aunt lives in Gautier MS and she called this am and is heading inland. So far this year she has been lucky and hasn't had any damage. Hope you guys will be ok.. Deb
-
I am so sorry to hear that your Aunt is having to leave her home. I wish her luck. My Mom is in Mississippi this weekend but plans to come back to Alabama tonight. The thing I hated when our house was in Gulf Shores is that once you leave you do not know when you will be able to go back. We are just going to keep a very close eye on where the hurricane is going.
Lisa
-
The last time they left to go inland someone broke into their house while they were gone. They left at the last minute to go and came back as soon as was able to get back in. She figured someone stayed and went around breaking into houses of those that left..
-
Looks like we are right smack in the direct path of Katrina. I'm about 50 miles west of New Orleans on the coast (Houma, LA). We are staying put 'cause we're in the high part of Terrebonne Parish and where are we going to go with 5 dogs and 7 cats and how the heck would we all fit in a Kia Sportage, anyway??
Now, the other problem - what happens AFTER the hurricane to all the pets left behind??
Luckily, I've been in contact with Noah's Wish, an organization that comes in to help with precisely that problem. We've already got a large parking lot for them to set up in, too. They are a phenomenal organization, check them out at: www.noah'swish.org.
Good luck, Dixie and everyone else in Katrina's path! I'll be thinking of you - again. Say a little prayer for us.
Jeanne
-
Jeanne, we will be thinking of you during the next few days. Stay as safe as you can. Make sure you have lots of treats for your babies. Do you have someone to help you get your home ready? I like to make a big pot of Gumbo have a beer and wait it out. Lots of hugs and good wishes for you and your family.
Lisa
-
Thanks so much, Lisa. We went to the grocery store today to get the staples: water, bread, peanut butter, canned meat, etc. and will be filling up any available source with water tomorrow after we board up our windows.
We've been in South Louisiana for 10 years now and, so far, have skirted disaster each time a hurricane came our way. This time, I'm afraid we won't be so lucky, but I'm still keeping my fingers crossed. We're going to have a fun slumber party with everyone in the house Monday night, though!
-
Jeanne,
Zoey and I are crossing our fingers and paws for you!
Good luck in the storm and stay safe!
-
Make sure you fill up the tubs and washing machine. We even fill all of our sinks.
Lisa
-
I never thought about filling up the washing machine! Thanks for the advice.
-
Every little drop helps in the week after a storm.
-
Good luck ya'll....been watching this thing and it's never a fun thing to do. Always seems to stress you out. Jim Cantore is not helping either...catas trophic, etc. Very dramatic :S
Lisa, did you evacuate with any of these last ones we've had? We boarded up and hunkered down with everyone in the hall for Ivan.
-
I been here for all of them since "Freddy" in 1979.
-
yea i got a little worried during ivan. I thought the roof was goin to come off.
-
Cat 5 not good >:( I hope everyone in New Orleans is getting out.
-
Wonder if this will do like the last two and swing further east right before landfall? ::)
-
Oh, I hope you're right, Brandon. I'm really, really nervous now. Just typing this quick b4 I go out to help hubby board up and try to find some sand bags in town. I'll try to keep you all updated as best I can we're still right in the path of this monster. Hopefully it will hit more east of us, but it's not turning north very quickly.
Cross your paws and say a prayer for me!
Jeanne
-
Jeanne, Lisa and all,
We are saying many prayers for you. Jeanne, we would all feel better if there was someway for you to evacuate. No family further north or East? All of you in the Sportage might be interesting but at least you'd be out of harms way.
-
yea lisa i dont know what to do about my horses. the dogs think that this is so exciting. Everyone running around like chikens with their heads cut off and they are calm and collected. i am startin to get kind of worried i just went by the abc store last night so i think that i am ready.
-
I am stocked up on junk food and beer, we may need it. Sugar Bear and Dixie are taking naps, they could care less. We are going to board up this morning. I am very worried that the last few have taken that turn east just before landfall. That would be great for New Orleans putting it on the west side of the storm but very bad for us.
Amber, let me know if I need to make some call to try and find some open fenced land for your horses. Are you close to the Mobile bay? This is getting sooooooooo old......
Lisa
-
no i am closer to daulphin island. i think that i am just going to keep the horses in the barn and check on them until it starts getting to bad and then i will turn the stall cameras on. hopefully the power will hold up for a little while.
-
My sister is my only close family and she lives in New Orleans. She has already evacuated to Jackson, MS. Not sure why she's going east, but at least she's further north and out of the dish bowl of N.O.
I wish my dogs were calm. They are all so nervous and fidgety, they're not even eating - that's VERY unusual. My husband and I are calmer than they are. The cats are even acting fidgety and they usually nap through everything.
We've got the boards up. I'm going to take a shower and now and see if any stores are still open so I can get some bleach to clean my tubs before I fill them up and try to find some sand bags.
Jeanne
-
i hope that you and your family are safe, Jeanne. my dogs probably wont stay very calm for much longer because i just went out to my horses and they are all very skiddish and kind of freaked the dogs out so we will see.
-
I just got off the phone with a friend who WAS going to stay put in her MOBILE HOME until Katrina became a Cat 5. She is bringing her dogs over here while she evacuates west to Morgan City, so we'll now have 7 dogs and 7 cats. That sounds pretty lucky to me!! If we can just get 5 more people over here we'll have a JACKPOT!!
-
i think that i could get 4 more ppl and we would come stay so that way maybe we would be lucky enough to make it through with no damage.
-
Well, come on! The more the merrier - there's not much room, but there's lots of wet kisses and noses!
-
that is all that i would need to get through this storm. Wet kisses and noses. I think that my dogs are goin to be the only things that are goin to keep me sane because of how goofy they are.
-
I had Sugar Bear in my arms with him sleeping during Ivan. Then again he was only about 30lbs at that time. Time to go finish putting up the boards. Maybe we will have a BPO hurrican party as long as the power is on. I will bring the chip, beer, and rum. See ya at the party. :) Good Luck to everyone,
Lisa
-
well i have the popcorn dog biscuits and corona w lime. i already have had one and it is only 10:30. I am kind of gettin nervous.
-
I'm gonna keg 5 gallons of Pale Ale, and have that ready for Monday. Maybe I'll just drink my way through it :)
Oh don't forget to bring a chainsaw in with you so you can cut your way out when it is over .. Kidding, :) But we did that for Ivan, just never know
-
well i have the popcorn dog biscuits and corona w lime. i already have had one and it is only 10:30. I am kind of gettin nervous.
We got up at 5:30am after Ivan, and had Margaritas.. interesting experience :-\
-
yea we did too. we had a tree fall right beside our house thank god that it didnt hit it.
-
I am thinking of all of you who are in the path...Please stay safe & know we are thinking of ya's!
-
Margaritas at 5:30am sounds fun.

yea i figure that if i drink my way through it that it will be ok ;D
-
LOL Amber - good one (Still Melissa typing, not Brandon) I thought you lived in Baldwin county???
I'm making a roast for tonight and got some snacks today at the store - Brandon's been boarding up, i'm going to finish cleaning up the deck/plants outside, etc and get our bed down from the upstairs bedroom. I'm scared of tornadoes after a hurricane/during one, etc. Bava's all laid back, we got some shots of him with his doggles on and right now he's playing with his squeaky chicken. Lisa, Amber, let's keep in touch with each other thru this thing. Ya'll in Louisiana, we're thinking about you, praying etc for you. Let us know how you fare....let's hope it slows down a LOT.
Melissa
-
I have been following the storm on CNN. Stay safe everyone. We will be thinking about you all.
-
We had to drive all over town to find sandbags. They ran out of bags before we got to the first location and barely had any bags and sand left at where we finally did get some. I think we have what we need, though.
I've got stuff to make appletinis and cosmopolitans, but no ice. :-\
We're filling up the tubs with water right now and doing the last of the laundry. Nothing like impending total destruction to get you to clean your house like your inlaws were coming!!
The local news here is NOT very encouraging at all. I'm just glad I'm not right in New Orleans. They are pretty much screwed. The newscasters are saying everything but, "kiss your butt goodbye" and the mayor looks like he hasn't slept in a week.
I'll keep posting as long as I can...
-
yea it isn't really helping that the news keeps saying that this storm is a "monster". That doesnt make me feel any better. I am goin to keep on typin as long as possible until the power goes out but hopefully it wont. Yea Winston keeps going outside and checking the horses. He is my big strong man of the house. :D I figure while it isnt really bad i would let them be in the pasture for a while because during Ivan one whole side of our fence was broken so no telling when they would get to go back outside.
-
Everyone watch MSNBC at 3:30 central time - the founder of Noah's Wish will be on talking about Hurricane Preparedness for pets and how she is preparing to come to Houma to help us after the hurricane!! Maybe she'll even mention me!!
-
Go Winston you big boy. He is so good looking, I am sure the will take care of everyone. I think I will let Sugar Bear and Dixie run around as much as they will before the rain starts. Can you belive the winds are at 185.Â
Lisa
-
I will be watching. You are so special to be working on taken care of those pets that the owners are not.

I live right by the highway and it's actually been very heartening to see most cars loaded up with their pets. We were at the gas station earlier today and there was one compact car there will all kinds of bird cages filling up the back seat. The passenger in the front seat had another one on his lap. There was barely room in there for the people, but they made sure they were taking their birds with them. I was so happy to see that.
Most of the animals that get picked up after the storm will be strays, I think so hopefully, with all the publicity, they will finally find loving homes. We have a HUGE stray cat problem so I think we will have a lot of cats at our rescue center.

That makes me sad to think of all those poor pets people could not take with them. It must be very traumatic and tramatizing for the fur babies. Best wishes to you in weathering out the storm and all the work you will be doing after with the rescues.
Michelle

I have one more load of laundry to do. We have one last room to board up, the sunroom/furbabie room. I hate the way you can not make yourself go far from the TV weather. Check back in a little while.
Lisa
I worry about people leaving their pets behind....that's so scary to me....hopefull y everyone has a way to get their pets out. Unfortunately a lot of shelters don't accept pets, which is lame. People tell you to evacuate and don't forget your pets, but won't let you take your pets with you....so what do you do?
We boarded up the windows. yay ! I'm about to do some laundry.....
-
I just heard the eye is supposed to hit Houma. :o
That should be fun. NOT!
I'm glad I found the ice cube tray so I can start making the appletinis in about an hour.
-
jjfritsche, make me one ;D Looks like with the size of this storm we are all going to be in for a looooooooong night. Are you in a high area?
Lisa
-
We are about as high as you can be in Terrebonne Parish. We have a brick house built when they still built houses with care instead of quickly. The neighbors all say it's never flooded back here. The only thing I'm really worried about is the cat porch and the roof. It's about time to reshingle anyway...
Hubby's cooking up the steaks and red beans that were in the freezer so at least we'll be eating good tonight. I just hope the electricity and water holds out.
Dogs have finally calmed down and are snoozing right now.
-
I hope so too. I boarded up all my windows by myself. I was very proud (those things are heavy) ;) Of course Winston was keeping a watchful eye on mommy. Everyone else has been really wanting to stay inside. I keep telling them you might as well go out now because you wont be able to go out agian. I bathed all 8 of the horses and they have been fed and put in their stalls. I am marinating my steaks.( good choice jeanne) The only thing really left i have to do is two loads of laundry. But i think it is time for a well deserved break and a corona. ;D
-
Windows are boarded, I just put the beer in the keg and it's pressurized and should be carbonated soon.
We have reef tanks and I'll be darned if I'm gonna leave those without power and no way to get back and crank up the gen. A lot of people in our local reef club lost their tanks to Ivan, because they left town and could not get back to do anything about them and no power.
-
yea that is why i got battery operated equipment from Petsmart
-
Here's something to lighten the mood :)
I've done very well myself and have not watched the weather, a person can only take hearing the word catostraphic sooo many times.. sheesh
-
Bava is such a handsome young man. I am proud to say that i am his teacher! ;D
-
evaeryone be safe please...very worried about you guys.... wish there was something I could do to help..
-
i completely understand Brandon. If i hear the word "monster" and " a day we will remember" one more time. AAAAAAAAAAARRR RRRRRRRGGGGGGG GG! yea we just got a tornado warning. I hate Tornados they scare the crap out of me.
-
That picture of Bava instantly relaxed me! I'll look at it often. He's such a fuzzy cutie!!
-
definately!
-
Just took the dogs out to go potty. Winds are starting to blow hard and it's raining on and off. She's on her way! Got one tub filled with water. Laundry is done and I'm filling the washing machine up now. Will take a shower later and fill the other tub up.
I hate all the waiting more than anything else
-
i hate all the waiting too. the dogs are starting to get restless and i told them that they should have gone out before it got bad and i just gave them a bath.
-
I don't know what else to do to keep them occupied. I have already trained with them. Hey Lisa and Mel that is a good idea if the dogs start getting restless then you can practice obedience. ;D
-
Great idea, I think I will take them for one more walks, and then we will work on commands.
-
Did just see on TV the four dummies standing on the rock at the pass in Orange Beach?
-
ooo i hate stupid ppl. I mean i guess they think that they are not going to get killed in a cat 5 hurricane. but the crazy thing is that the y arent on a mandatory evacuation. isnt that nuts. yea i got so bored that i just taught Winston how to pick up dirty clothes and put them in the hamper. now if only i could teach him to seperate the colors.
-
i do have all night! ;)
-
Give yourselves breaks from the tv too... watch a movie or something, those weather guys will stress you out worse than any of this :)
Bava's not restless, if he were any more relaxed we would need to break out the defibrillator. Cookie monster our macaw is restless though, and saying all kinds of crazy stuff ::)
-
those weather guys can stress you out more than anything. it just seems like everytime that i turn the channel there is something else that is about this hurricane.
-
You just have to tell what crazy stuff she is saying. :o

I bet the kissy sounds are great. How dose Bava like him?
-
Amber you should be proud. Boarding up is a job for two, I am not sure how you did it yourself. Did you train Winston to hold the boards?
I hope so too. I boarded up all my windows by myself. I was very proud (those things are heavy) ;) Of course Winston was keeping a watchful eye on mommy. Everyone else has been really wanting to stay inside. I keep telling them you might as well go out now because you wont be able to go out agian. I bathed all 8 of the horses and they have been fed and put in their stalls. I am marinating my steaks.( good choice jeanne) The only thing really left i have to do is two loads of laundry. But i think it is time for a well deserved break and a corona. ;D

Did just see on TV the four dummies standing on the rock at the pass in Orange Beach? Â
OMG - I am so stupid that the first time I read this I interpreted that they had actually stood some dummies, like manniquins, up somewhere in the storm, like maybe to illustrate to people how strong the winds get and how you should not try to go out in it!Â
Ugh, where is my brain today? I feel sick today, and I have been sleeping most of the day - maybe I should attempt to wake up before I start trying to interpret things!  ;D
Everyone in the storm, please be careful and stay safe, both people and doggies!
-
I'm worried for you all too. Jacksmon is right about that's all we're hearing about up north. Please stay safe. I know you already did what you could. Hope you all are alright when this thing is over. Telephone chain would be good because you know all of BPO is going to worried about you. Take care.
-
jjfritsche, just wanted to check in and see how you are holding up. Sugar Bear and Dixie got to play outside for awhile so they are taking a nap.Â
Amber, you doing ok? I hope you have enought lime for the beer.Â
Mel & Brandon, Hope you are enjoying that roast for dinner. Is Bava still sleeping?
Anyone else in the hurricane area?
Lisa
-
You might already know this but I just heard on the news that the people who leave their pets behind will be charged with animal cruelty. I'm glad they are making those people take responsibility . Good luck with finding the animals that got already left behind.
-
I'm much more relaxed now after my 3rd appletini. Still waiting for the big wind. Dogs are finally sacked out instead of making me even more nervous. I stopped watching the news and weather channel. Wish I had some chocolate!
-
I have been eating sweets all day long. Glad you are feeling better, guess all we can do is eat, drink, and wait.
Lisa
-
yup! and it's driving me crazy. how do we get into the chat room? this thread is getting looooooooong!! but there's nothing else to do except commiserate with my online buddies!
-
I am hoping to wake up and find that the Cat 5 has been downgraded and all of you are safe. We are all praying for you and your furbabies. please stay safe and don't take any chances. I'll be waiting to hear that you're all safe. Things can be replaced. Lots of love coming your way. :-*
-
Y'all...I'm scared...reall y scared. Please, please all of y'all be super safe. I am crossing my fingers for all of you. Hurricanes are nasty stuff. Hugs to all! If you need anything, like Tina, please PM me with your cell phone and I will help with whatever necessary..
Hugs and Kisses -

The lady from Noah's Wish has been great about staying in touch. They missed the feed to MSNBC, but she was on CNN and they are already getting inundated with offers of help for fostering, transport and supplies. Thanks GOD!
I saw her on CNN- I missed the first part.
Keep safe ;D
-
you guys please stay safe... I am worried about all of you over there..Glad we just have to worry about earthquakes
-
I am getting worried about Amber & JJ. I hope they just turn the computer off and got some sleep. Sugar Bear & Dixie are playing and trying to eat each other head, they love that game. I just gave them a chew treat to give them something to do. We did the mad dash outside about 5am. I am having a large mug of coffee now, boy do I need it. Let me know if you hear from Amber or JJ.
Lisa
-
Power and cable keeps blinking out here.. grrr
-
Same here, not sure how much longer we can stay on-line. Good thing we put up boards, a limb just hit the office window.
Lisa
-
Hi Lisa,
Where are you in Alabama? I hope not in Mobile or Baldwin Co. We were in Florida for Andrew, not pretty. I hope everyone is safe. We had Hurricane Emily here (South Texas) not long ago. Just a category 2, about 45 miles south of here and 45 miles inland, so we had 4 inches of rain and 70mph winds. We had no damage and horses were fine. Neighbors had some windows knocked and trees uprooted here and there.
We've been praying this will not be worst case scenario with a direct hit on New Orleans. I do not think anything would be worse than lives, pets, property loss. Add to that a 25% decrease in oil production and loss of refineries for an indefinate period, we will be in for major problems in this country.
God Bless everyone on the board in this storms path. I hope everyone keeps praying until this is over...
Deena
-
We're still praying for you guys! Please stay safe! We need your fun, laughs, gags and wisdom here!
-
I talked to my Aunt yesterday afternoon and she had just got back to her house. She lives 38 miles east of Biloxi MS. Her house lost some shingles a her back yard is waist deep in tree limbs and other stuff. But she is safe for now. Tried to get her to come stay with me but now that she got back in to her house she can't get back out. Roads are closed
-
We are glad your Aunt is ok and still has her home.
-
Hi, Just wanted to ask everyone to pass the word around that there is a need for individuals with available stalls and/or pasture to assist in housing horses. USEF (United States Equestrian Federation), www.usef.org , has a list of available facilities, but is also looking for individuals with available facilities to help. If you know of someone who needs help, please refer them to this site. If you can be of assistance with pasture, please send an email to Kcadam@usef.org .
Is anyone aware of any operation besides Noah's wish that is doing something similar for the BPO, and other fur babies? What about the AKC and CFA? If so could you please post?
Thanks,
Deena
