Just had to let you guys know of a super sweet thing my husband did for me. As most of you know I lost Rosie last year due to a snake bite. Well my husband is working on a developement names Southtown. He has named one of the main road "Rosie Drive". He also named a road after my Dad who I lost in January, "Elton Court". I knew he was going to name a few roads after our grandkids but now Rosie and Dad have their own roads. It's no wonder I love this guy so much. Once it is built I will take a photo of the road sign and post it. Which should be within in the next 6-9 months.

OMG!! You have yourself a total sweetheart! Yes, I definitely think he's a keeper! lol I bet that means the world to you having a road to remember your loved ones by. I'm in shock I just can't get over how sweet that is!
I didn't know that you lost Rosie due to a snakebite, I'm really sorry for your loss.

That's great!! He must have loved her just as much as you did. Godspeed Rosie!

Yes, he did. She was the first dog he ever had. He always told me he was just not a dog person. Hehehe, little did he know that he was going to have fur-babies from then on. He smokes cigars but not in the house, so every night Rosie would sit with him on the front porch to have his cigar. I have never seen him as lost as we both were the first few weeks after we lost Rosie. Sugar Bear and Dixie can make him crazy at times but he tells me he love them because they make me happy. The truth is he loves them because they are OUR babies and he is now a dog person without ever knowing when it happened.
