Today, July 14th 2006 is my 33rd birthday!!! I'm at work and totally worthless. Today is extra special because we are also going to find out the sex of our baby who is due on December 10th. I can't wait to find out and let the bonding begin. I don't care if it's a boy or girl, I just want them to be healthy. After that, it's off to have a Sushi feast at one of San Francisco's premier sushi restaurant called Blowfish http://sanfrancisco.citysearch.com/profile/889348
After that it's off to watch the SF Giants play Philly. It's gonna be a great day!!!!! ;D ;D ;D

WOW!! Great news! I had no idea you were expecting! And what a fun time of year to have a baby! It makes Christmas SOO much more exciting. Our middle son's birthday is Dec. 8 and Thanksgiving that year was the year I looked like I had the turkey under my shirt .....
.....and I did!!
And HAPPY BIRTHDAY as well!!! What present is Drake giving you???

Thanks guys, I'm about 15 minutes away from leaving work to officially start my birthday. Sorry I didn't share that we were expecting with y'all, I just didn't think to post it. Dec. 10th is the supposed due date but we will wait and see. The funny thing is that my Uncle's birthday is Dec. 8th, my Sister is Dec. 11th, my Wife, her Dad and her Uncle are all on Dec. 14th and my Mom is Dec. 16th. So there's a lot of Sagitarius's in our family already. I'll let you all know what the sex is ASAP. Drake will probably be jealous of the baby at first but then realize that he needs to compete to get attention. He'll be a great big Brother. Plus this baby is motivating me to build a cart and buy a harness for Drake. He's already cart trained and will be ready to go.
Aggghgmom, the Blowfish Sushi that I'm going to is not part of a chain so it must be another restaurant by that name. No they don't serve Blowfish and I wouldn't eat it if they did. Well I'm off to start celebrating, it's going to be a big weekend of baby stuff, wine tasting in Napa Valley and 2 games of Giants Baseball!!!! I hope it never ends!!!!

OK, OK, OK!!! Sorry folks, I really don't get online much on the weekends and we are so slammed at work right now trying to get the website ready for the Fall line release at the end of the month. So for the news....
WE ARE HAVING A LITTLE GIRL!!! The whole ultrasound went perfectly, everything checked out. We got some ultrasound pics and some 3D pics of the little girl which were cool, but kind of creepy, she looks like a skeleton in a few of them. I'm so excited, it's going to be great! I would have been happy either way, but I'm going to have a little princess to spoil first. I know Sarah didn't openly care either, but secretly most of you ladies want a little girl. I'm just worried about how I will handle the teenage years, OH GOD!!! But that's years from now and I have plenty of time to instill good values in her. Exciting times...
The rest of my birthday was great too. We went to Blowfish Sushi which was delish. The decor is very hip and modern, the sushi was top notch and there's pictures of naked Anime women all over the place. Cool Joint. Then it was off to the Giants game where they beat the Phillies! YES! (never mind they lost the next two games on Saturday and Sunday). Saturday in Napa was great, we called all of our family and friends to share the news and later had a huge Prime Rib dinner, cooked by my Mom, and watched the sun set with a nice glass of Port. The view from my Mom's deck (below) is one of a kind and helped make a perfect ending to my birthday festivities.

Oh wow, how excited are YOU?! Congratulation s! Drake will be such a fantastic big brother. As for the teenage years, you can try what my dad did, whenever a boy came to the house, he'd show them his gun. Then he'd pat them on the back so hard he'd almost knock the wind out of them. Worked every time! Of course, now I'm pushing 30 and still single and it's getting rather obnoxious :D

Oh, Ryan, that really is the very best news! Having a little girl is so much fun...and so scary! Just ask my daughter's dad (aka DH)!! Being on the other side of the time line and planning our daughter's wedding is so poignant! We watched Spencer Tracy and Elizabeth Taylor's "Father of the Bride" the other night, and Spencer Tracy's speeches about his daughter were wonderful!
Please give our very best to your wife! And remember....ho rmones are scary!!! We're here if/when you need us!!

CONGRATULATION S!!! Girls are so much fun! Macey is going to 5 this month ( :o5, did I say 5?? Where did 1, 2,3, and 4 go....didn't I just have her yesterday?), and I want one more. Sons are turning out to be a lot of fun too, and my 6 month old Sam, I don't know how I have existed without him up to now.
