I use Macromedia Fireworks and Microsoft Picture it! Publishing.  I REALLY want to get Paint Shop Pro, but I'm so used to the two I'm using now I'd probably get super confused with any new photo editing programs. lol

I use Adobe Photoshop CS2. It was bloody expensive though, and probably *way* more than I need. (I got conned, I'm not ashamed to admit...)

Adobe has a scaled-down version, I think it's called Photoshop Essentials...o r something along those lines. I've heard nothing but good about it, and it's way more reasonable price-wise.
