This weekend, my dogs managed to kill 3 birds. I don't think they try to kill them, they play with them to death. These were real adult birds not baby birds. I have no idea how they managed to catch them, maybe the heat was too much for these birds. Neither dogs actually eats the birds, do you think they could still catch nasty bird diseases from them.
It seemed like everytime I checked on them they had another living toy. I managed to get three (that is why I assume they only got three) and throw them in the woods for a birdy funeral.
Sometimes, I wonder what my dogs are thinking ??? ???
