... and for everyone else- The girls- now dubbed Double Trouble, decided to help dad clean the smoker on Sunday. They had thier own ideas od the best way to get it done and it didnt include soap and water.

Yep Tuna- that is one of those smokey thinga majiggy's that you smoke ribs and briskets,chickens etc in... We are firing it up this weekend- anyone who wants some BBQ come on- there will be plenty. Rudy actually does pretty good at some of the BBQ Cook offs when he is able to get away and attend them.

I dont know of anyone on-line. We saw this one when we were driving down the freeway here in Texas, turned around to look at it and then told the guy that we wanted it. In Texas they are not too hard to find. I think that there may be a place in Houston, but wow that is a long drive from Colorado. If you need help finding one- let me know. Texas seems to be BBQ Smoker Heaven.

Not sure if regionally the price will differ a whole lot, here they start around 3k and can easily go over 5k.
