Did you know that some states have puppy lemon laws? I didn't..  If you've had problems with your breeder/puppy  (hint hint for the problems with angus's breeder) you may want to check this out...   Here is the website which is kept up to date

YOU HAVE TO CHECK THE DETAILS ON PUPPY LEMON LAWS
IF THE PARENTS ARE OFA  ETC  AND HEALTH CHECK
NOTHING YOU CAN DO,,,,,,,,,,,,,,BUT
IF NOT CHECKED OUT BEFORE BREEDING  , OR THE HOME OR DOGS ARE NOT TREATED WELL,,,,,,,DIRTY  ETC  NOT FED GOOD  ,,
YOU HAVE A CASE
