: A Pyr or a butterfly?
: mountaindogmom November 01, 2007, 09:06:02 AM
Jack was kind enough to not fight my desire to make him wear a halloween costume!

He also got groomed for the first time that day and they gave him a cute little Mickey Mouse halloween bandana!

If Pyrs can run away I am sure they can fly away as well, LOL! You better tie that cute guy to a treaa or something   ;)

He's doing pretty well.  We thought we were going to have to take him back to the surgeon for a followup because he was limping some last week but he told us to wait it out for a week and see.  This week he is much better.  He seems to get progressively better each day now, which was of course the goal of the surgery.  He's still a little stiff when he gets up after laying down for a long time but overall he's definitely improved.  Thanks for asking!

Oooooo. What a pretty boy he is! Definitely makes a great butterfly!!! And I love his cute little bandana. His hair is growing in quite well after looking like a dalmation/poodle hahaha. ;) I'm so glad he's feeling better!!

It sounds like last week may have been the 3 steps forward, 1 step back kind of thing that happens when someone's recovering from an injury or surgury (or both).  ;)  I'm glad that he's improving though, it sounds like he's well on his way back to being a happy &  playful young pyr boy again.  Great job!  BTW, he's a very handsome guy.  ;)  ;D
