I have been trying to put up an avatar pic, but all I seem to get is that dreaded red X.   ::) Can any of you help me?  I'd love to show you how cute my boy Stanley is!  :)

What helped me was this--look on the left hand side of the forum home page and there is a website forum--there is a discussion about posting pics with very specific directions. Also, make sure your picture isn't too big--you might be getting the red X for that reason.

Hi Norri, welcome to BPO!

The x is probably because the file is too large. Try making it smaller and uploading it again.
