Can anyone recommend a program you use to enhance photos with clip art or drawings?

I use Microsoft digital suite. I know you can add things to further enhance photos. A lot of people use it for digital scrapbooking. Hope this helps.

I lke photoshop but it's really expensive. My second favorite is paint shop pro. I'm sure you can get a free trial if you google it  :)
